What does right to information mean?

Right to information means right to access to information or material relating to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi excluding subjects such as land, law and order, police and DDA.
Right to Information includes: -

• The inspection of works, documents, records
• Taking notes, extracts; and
• Obtaining certified copies of documents or records
• Taking samples
